xtensor-stack/xtensor #2648 · read the original issue

xtensor 0.24.4 started using xtl/xcompare.hpp in xexception.hpp, xmanipulation.hpp and elsewhere.



xtl/xcompare.hpp was added to xtl in v0.7.5



But xtensor only declares xtl_REQUIRED_VERSION 0.7.0 in CMakeLists.txt.



So xtensor fails to compile if xtl 0.7.0 is installed as required.  The requirement needs to be updated to xtl_REQUIRED_VERSION 0.7.5
