Add a QPDF version check to CMakeLists.txt

01 / FAILURE SIGNATURE
As reported upstream
This is by itself a problem of Slackware, but CMake supports a mechanism to make identifying such issues easier. Adding a `VERSION` keyword to `find_package` makes CMake check that the installed version is equal or higher than the required and produce a helpful error message if not.
Not a benchmark task.
- In a clean container the reported failure did not reproduce, or the known fix did not make the project run.

### Operating System Linux ### (Linux only) Distribution Slackware ### (Linux only) Desktop Environment XFCE ### (Linux Only) Display Server X.Org ### Installation Method Slackbuild ### Xournal++ Version 1.3.3 ### libgtk Version Does not build. ### Bug Description xournalpp 1.3.3 fails to build on Slackware 15.0 due to an outdated QPDF. This is by itself a problem of Slackware, but CMake supports a mechanism to make identifying such issues easier. Adding a `VERSION` keyword to `find_package` makes CMake check that the installed version is equal or higher than the required and produce a helpful error message if not. ### Expected Behaviour Build produces a helpful error message. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Run Slackware 15.0 in docker 2. Try building xournalpp 3. configure xournalpp (with cmake ..) 4. observe no error 5. try building xournalpp with cmake --build . 6. observe cryptic error ### Additional Context _No response_
