### Bug Description

Xournalpp 1.2.4 deb file from github for Ubuntu jammy fails to start with the error

`xournalpp: error while loading shared libraries: libgtksourceview-4.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`

### Expected Behaviour

The app should start without issues.



The Ubuntu-provided deb package `1.1.1-1` works fine.

$ xournalpp --version

Xournal++ 1.1.1

└──libgtk: 3.24.33

```

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download  `xournalpp-1.2.4-Ubuntu-jammy-x86_64.deb`

2. `sudo dpkg -i xournalpp-1.2.4-Ubuntu-jammy-x86_64.deb`

3. `xournalpp &`
