[Bug]: COMPILE ERROR ON LINUX MINT 21.3

### Expected behavior?

I always compile the emulator with the following commands:



1. ./installdeps

2. mkdir build && cd build

3. cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -G Ninja

4.ninja



Until this moment I had never had any problems.

### Actual behavior?

When I run the command:



cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -G Ninja



The following message appears on the terminal:



CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:31 (find_program):

  Could not find POWERSHELL using the following names: pwsh



### Steps to reproduce the problem

cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -G Ninja



I checked line 31 of the file and removed the following lines:



if(WIN32)

    find_program(POWERSHELL

        NAMES powershell.exe pwsh.exe

        HINTS "/Windows/System32/WindowsPowerShell/v1.0"

        REQUIRED)

else()

    find_program(POWERSHELL pwsh REQUIRED)

endif()



### Error messages?

After removing those lines it lets me compile and returns the following message:
