I'm building with `cmake -G Ninja` on Debian trixie, and seeing the following error:

Not a benchmark task.

In a clean container the reported failure did not reproduce, or the known fix did not make the project run.

I'm building with `cmake -G Ninja` on Debian trixie, and seeing the following error:

ninja: error: build.ninja:238: multiple rules generate src/libvalhalla.so
```

I believe this is caused by this block adding a duplicate target name in `src/CMakeLists.txt`:

```cmake
  if(UNIX)
    add_custom_target(${LIBVALHALLA_SO_LINK} ALL
      COMMAND ${CMAKE_COMMAND} -E create_symlink "${LIBVALHALLA_SO_LINK}.${VALHALLA_VERSION_MAJOR}" ${LIBVALHALLA_SO_LINK})
    set_target_properties(${LIBVALHALLA_SO_LINK} PROPERTIES FOLDER "Library")
  endif()
```

I see that Ninja is used in `cmake/CMakeSettings.json`, but only for Windows builds, so this combination (Ninja + UNIX) is perhaps untested?
