### What did you do? Worked on updating the Fedora Linux `python-ujson` package. ### What did you expect to happen? Either debug symbols are present by default, or there is an easy way to opt out of stripping them. ### What actually happened? Debug symbols are unconditionally stripped on Linux; preventing this requires patching `setup.py`. ### What versions are you using? * OS: Fedora Linux * Python: 3.10 * UltraJSON: 5.1.0 Please include **code** that reproduces the issue. ```console $ python3 setup.py build $ file build/lib.linux-x86_64-3.10/ujson.cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so build/lib.linux-x86_64-3.10/ujson.cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, BuildID[sha1]=625b3c37ec79dbb6fa3463d0e4c9a822f19b6468, stripped ``` I will follow up with a PR that adds an environment variable to control this behavior.
