Hey,



Now that the project uses `setuptools_scm` in `setup_requires`, we are not able of building wheels for this this project in a sandbox, as setuptools will try to reach to the network.



Using `setuptools_scm` inside of Pyproject.toml would help us a great deal and is also the recommended way: https://github.com/pypa/setuptools_scm#pyprojecttoml-usage



Would it be possible to adapt this new style?
