As reported upstream
succeeds, I run into the following error when importing ujson: `ujson.cpython-36m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: dconv_d2s_init`.
Not a benchmark task.
- The project already builds and runs before the fix, so there is nothing to repair.

ultrajson/ultrajson #277 · read the original issue
Due to #271 I was trying to compile the master version of ultrajson. However, while building and installing with - `python setup.py build` - `python setup.py install` succeeds, I run into the following error when importing ujson: `ujson.cpython-36m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: dconv_d2s_init`. I am on Gentoo with gcc 6.3.0 and python 3.6. Please let me know if you need any further information. A workaround is to install ujson via the [ebuild provided by Gentoo](https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-python/ujson). It seems that the [patches applied by the Gentoo package maintainer](https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/dev-python/ujson/files) fix the issues described in #271 but do not introduce the problems of the master version.
