No issue template exists for this unfortunately, so i emptied all the fields. All TSESLint packages are currently pinned to an RC of pnpm which has a bug in it resulting in it packing `CHANGELOG.md`. For `eslint-plugin`, this is a pretty hefty file (400KB+). So in 8.68.0, every TSESLint package grew in size. If you bump pnpm to a stable version, it is fixed. Maybe this is a sign to no longer bother using RCs of pnpm 🤷 ### Versions 8.68.0 and 8.69.0 of all packages.
