Not a benchmark task.

In a clean container the reported failure did not reproduce, or the known fix did not make the project run.

Running those commands by hand:

```
Python 3.4.0 (default, Apr 11 2014, 13:05:11)
[GCC 4.8.2] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import httplib2
>>> from httplib2 import socks
>>> from httplib2.socks import PROXY_TYPE_SOCKS4
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named 'httplib2.socks'
```

And unfortunately the code in the except block also fails:

```
>>> import socks
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named 'socks'
```

Installed via pip3, twilio version 3.6.10

Any advice?
