### Suggested solution:

`vitest` is declared in the `devDependencies` of `@testing-library/jest-dom` but it must be declared in the `dependencies` or `peerDependencies` because `@testing-library/jest-dom/dist/vitest.mjs` is importing `vitest`s `expect` at test run time.
