### Describe the solution you'd like

With the move from poetry to uv, we have lost the programming language classifier I think. Compare the bottom left of https://pypi.org/project/temporalio/1.10.0/ to https://pypi.org/project/temporalio/1.11.0/. This is causing our README badge to be invalid, e.g. compare https://img.shields.io/pypi/pyversions/pydantic with https://img.shields.io/pypi/pyversions/temporalio.

It looks like we also need to set the license properly for that badge. Compare https://img.shields.io/pypi/l/pydantic.svg?style=for-the-badge with https://img.shields.io/pypi/l/temporalio.svg?style=for-the-badge.
