This error occurred when deploying release `20231013` to the public Maven repo, and resulted in the Module Info changes being reverted. See [this wiki page](https://github.com/stleary/JSON-java/wiki/Tech:-How-to-make-a-new-JSON-java-release) for the release instructions. This issue should be fixed before #761 can be merged.

Not a benchmark task.

The project already builds and runs before the fix, so there is nothing to repair.
