**Describe the bug**



As seen in the [pom](https://github.com/springdoc/springdoc-openapi/blob/main/pom.xml#L68) The release depends on a milestone. It's requiring a specific repository (and companies might block such kind of non final release artifacts)

mvn dependency:list returns spring-cloud-function-web 4.2.0-M1

mvn dependency:list should return spring-cloud-function-web 4.2.0
