## What is the current behavior?

The latest release, snowflake-connector-python[pandas]==2.8.0, depends on pandas<1.5.0.



## What is the desired behavior?

Support pandas >= 1.5.0



## How would this improve `snowflake-connector-python`?

Lets people use the latest version of pandas. Also let's people use the connector with the latest version of [modin](https://github.com/modin-project/modin/), a drop-in replacement for pandas that currently pins pandas 1.5.1.
