Header precompilation requires <bit> header, which is C++20:

This leads to build failures on older g++ without the header file.

The [README.md](https://github.com/simdjson/simdjson/blob/master/README.md#quick-start) and [basics.md](https://github.com/simdjson/simdjson/blob/master/doc/basics.md#requirements) mentions g++ 7 / 7.4 or better. I wonder if this only applies when you use the single .h and .cpp file, while c++20 is intended as a requirement when using CMake.
