The "Test Pyodide" build started failing today on multiple runs, including on main (https://github.com/scikit-image/scikit-image/actions/runs/25019242976).  It appears to be due to https://github.com/pypa/pip/pull/13915, which upgraded urllib3 and vendored its emscripten backend.
