#4915 apparently introduced other problems. In 

* https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/python-telegram-bot/pull/4925
* https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/python-telegram-bot/pull/4928

the copilot setup step fails. For some reason uv wants to update pydantic, isn't allowed to b/c of #4915 and apparently can't handle that.
I don't understand why the copilot setup step runs here in the first place.
