`PyYAML` is no longer runtime dependency (7bca8cdca24a08f4f4c3cee327cc999e1d510b8e and 7cbc3f6d1356cddc5eaf503d3f4a234a0202f690).

`openapi-spec-validator` requires `jsonschema-spec` that in turn wants `PyYAML = ">=5.1"`.
