i.e., for `twine upload`, `twine check`, and `twine register`, building on a suggestion from @pradyunsg in https://github.com/pypa/twine/issues/783#issuecomment-885509566.



These are currently written manually from the `-h` output. This could be automated with a Sphinx extension, such as:

It might also be worth breaking these out into a separate page, but that could be a separate issue.
