Beginning with [this build](https://travis-ci.org/pypa/twine/builds/578050264), the twine tests started failing when validating the docs build. The commit associated with that build (182e8afdbcb539609ac9f9c29f4fd6088b25db30) seems unrelated, so I suspect it's something in the dependencies that has changed.
