03 / ORIGINAL ISSUE TEXT
pydantic/pydantic-ai #7658 · read the original issue
> This issue was posted by Claude Code using claude-opus-5 on behalf of David. `anthropic==1.0.0` is needed by #7657 before the repository's rolling seven-day `exclude-newer` window admits it, so `[tool.uv.exclude-newer-package]` in the root `pyproject.toml` pins it to the publish time of the reviewed artifact. Successor to #7580, which covered the `openai` / `google-genai` / `mcp-types` entries — all three are removed in #7657. After **2026-08-27 19:59 UTC**: 1. remove the `anthropic` entry from `[tool.uv.exclude-newer-package]` in the root `pyproject.toml`; 2. regenerate `uv.lock` under the normal global policy; 3. verify `uv lock --check` passes. The table is empty of timestamped entries once this one goes — only the `false` entries for our own packages should remain. Release metadata: https://pypi.org/pypi/anthropic/1.0.0/json
