A recent commit ([cbaf059](https://github.com/prompt-toolkit/python-prompt-toolkit/commit/cbaf059c232a6e54dc12998c95321e7d313161af)) introducing stricter type checking uses the type annotation `NoReturn`, which did not exist in Python 3.6.1. This causes imports of prompt_toolkit to fail on platforms using Python 3.6.1.
