Consolidate the two separate dependency BOMs in `agent-module` into a single `pinpoint-plugins-bom`.

## Changes
- Move `agent-module/plugins/bom` to `agent-module/plugins-bom` and rename the artifact to `pinpoint-plugins-bom`.
- Remove `agent-module/agent-testweb/bom` (`pinpoint-agent-testweb-bom`); its managed dependencies (`springdoc-openapi-ui`, `swagger-core`) are merged into the unified BOM.
- Register `plugins-bom` as a module in `agent-module/pom.xml` (before `plugins` for reactor ordering).
- Update all consumers (`plugins`, `plugins-it`, `apache-dubbo`, `agent-testweb`) to import `pinpoint-plugins-bom`.

## Side effects
- `undertow-core` upgraded `2.0.1.Final` → `2.2.17.Final` (now uses `${undertow.version}`).
- `jackson-annotations` now managed by `${fastxml.jackson-annotation.version}` (2.21) instead of `${fastxml.jackson.version}` (2.21.3).
- Removed unused `lettuce.version` property.
