Hi, I tried to run MarkupSafe under [GraalPython](https://github.com/oracle/graalpython) and the speedups module doesn't work there. Even if it did work, it would almost certainly be slower because GraalPython needs to emulate the CPython C API just like PyPy. Graalpython should be excluded from the C speedups like PyPy and Jython are.
