Looks like https://github.com/p1c2u/jsonschema-path/issues/156 and https://github.com/p1c2u/jsonschema-path/issues/98 has reoccured since https://github.com/python-jsonschema/referencing released v0.37.0 in October. 
Would it be possible to bump the max version of referencing again, or change how the version constraint works?
