### Overview

I merged #6019 which I didn't notice had a breaking change to only support Node 22.22+. This goes against Mocha's engine of 20.19+ and although it only impacts contributors to Mocha, it's worth a fix.

### Additional Info

The PR description of #6019 does not note the engine change. We need to be more careful in reviewing these changes going forward.
