### Bug Description

When building I got error 
Severity	Code	Description	Project	File	Line	Suppression State	Details Error	LNK1107	invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x308	D:\mixxx-git\mixxx\build\x64__portable\mixxx	D:\mixxx-git\mixxx\buildenv\mixxx-deps-2.6-x64-windows-6a4e01e\installed\x64-windows\bin\sqlite3.dll	1		

The CMakeLists is linking to the dll istead of the lib

Fix follows.
