We recently had contributors that have selected a wrong vcpkg root folder. This lead to hard to understand follow up error messages.

Not a benchmark task.

In a clean container the reported failure did not reproduce, or the known fix did not make the project run.

### Feature Description

We recently had contributors that have selected a wrong vcpkg root folder. This lead to hard to understand follow up error messages. 

In the vcpkg root folder an empty file .vcpkg-root exists. This can be used to verify if the selected folder selected by MIXXX_VCPKG_ROOT is actually a valid vcpkg root folder.
