Build fail for python 3.7.3 on VS2017

I am using python 3.7.3, VS 2017 professional edition and pywin32 224 on 64 bit OS. Build python 32bit from sources. The tried building pywin32 using this python but it is failing. It is not able to get VS 2017 path. Then I tried with both options first is make changes in msvc.py in setuptools to get correct location and second is install VS2017 on location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.1". In both cases, getting error "LINK : fatal error LNK1161: invalid export specification".



Tried with master branch also but getting same error.
