Using the cmake build, I think the pkg-config files and values should be `mapnik.pc` rather than `libmapnik.pc`, and similarly for the wkt and json variants. Specifically, when building with the `pkg-config mapnik --libs` flags from these, I get an errors like: `note to link with /usr/local/lib/libmapnikjson.a use -l:libmapnikjson.a or rename it to liblibmapnikjson.a`. If I'm just doing something incorrectly, please let me know and close the issue.
