Would you be open to changing a couple of dependencies? Particularly: - chalk - This could be replaced by `picocolors` or `ansis` - both of which are much smaller and de-dupe better - nano-spawn - This could be replaced by `tinyexec` which will de-dupe much better - micromatch - This could possibly be replaced by `picomatch` if we don't need to support the far edge cases micromatch exists for - listr2 - This could probably be replaced by clack or something similar (which will be smaller and will result in sub dependencies de-duping better) - This one would change DX though so probably can leave it for now Importantly in the wider picture, these are not the dependencies of choice these days. It is increasingly common for a stack to not include these libraries, so when we do, we're just duplicating functionality for no gain. I'd be happy to put the PRs together for this if you're open to it
