Hi there, thanks a lot for the amazing work!

Recently, the limitation of `google-cloud-storage < 3.0` in `langchain-google-vertexai`  has become more and more blocking to other deps. I.e. it cannot be used with [firebase-admin](https://github.com/firebase/firebase-admin-python)  since v7.0. Could we please bump the `google-cloud-storage` to the 3.x version? It was released more than 8 months ago. Thanks!
