In pyproject.toml there is entry
```
[project.scripts]
normalizer = "charset_normalizer:cli.cli_detect"
```
but it shall be (dot and colon sign are swapped)
```
[project.scripts]
normalizer = "charset_normalizer.cli:cli_detect"
```
