Historical install-only results are not EnvGap validation.

Already-works control: no environment change, empty observed failure signature, never eligible for lite.

Only existing easy-rules-mvel module and reactor prerequisites are built; original MVELRuleTest executes real expressions through MVEL and JUnit. Maven license and javadoc plugins are skipped because they are unrelated to runtime dependency convergence.

Maven registry artifacts are not issue-date bounded. Current remote metadata may differ from the reported 2018 resolver state; no historical failure is claimed.

D1 includes inherited test dependencies and local reactor easy-rules-core; local unpublished SNAPSHOT identity is not evidence of a nonexistent public package. Maven D3 records runtime jars; optional/static declarations can remain unloaded.

Preparation uses current registries. Historical package availability is not enforced here; execution metadata records this limitation separately from the oracle's date-bounding policy.
