Maven Invoker nested builds do not inherit Maven's split local-repository prefix. On `main`, Invoker 3.10.1 stages isolated artifacts under that prefix, but its child builds do not use the same namespace and can fail to resolve the staged artifacts.

Carry forward the conditional split-prefix forwarding and any fixture-specific artifact staging required by the corresponding 4.x fix.
