However, I think mpi4py 3.1.6 is not compatible with Python 3.13 (compile error).

Not a benchmark task.

In a clean container the reported failure did not reproduce, or the known fix did not make the project run.

However, I think mpi4py 3.1.6 is not compatible with Python 3.13 (compile error).



I was able to compile mpi4py 4.0.1 on Python 3.13.



It would be interesting to know if h5py is compatible with mpi4py 4...
