In versions 1.8.7 and 1.9.0, with the whisper-cli.exe file extracted from the release artifacts called whisper-blas-bin-x64.zip crash on well-formed wav inputs and the ggml-small.en.bin or ggml-base.en.bin models. This happens on a Windows 11 machine and on an old Windows 10 machine. 1.8.6 works correctly. The non-blas builds work fine. I do note that if I copy 1.8.6's ggml-cpu.dll and ggml-base.dll into the directory from 1.9.0, 1.9.0 no longer crashes. I'll try to bisect what is going on later.
