## Expected Behavior
# following command just works
snap run gephi

## Current Behavior
$ snap run gephi
libpxbackend-1.0.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module: /home/user/snap/gephi/common/.cache/gio-modules/libgiolibproxy.so
/snap/gephi/295/bin/gephi: 64: .: cannot open /snap/gephi/295/etc/gephi.conf: Permission denied

## Possible Solution
# probably due to incorrect access rights of the named configuration file

$ ls -l /snap/gephi/295/etc/gephi.conf
-rw------- 1 root root 1358 May  9 18:03 /snap/gephi/295/etc/gephi.conf

but it should be able to use the user's config file from user's home rather than exit

<!--- Not obligatory, but suggest a fix/reason for the bug -->

## Steps to Reproduce

1. snap run gephi

## Context

<!--- How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to achieve? -->
