I'm chasing up why the transitive dependencies of [Inspect](https://github.com/UKGovernmentBEIS/inspect_ai) can't be upgraded, and Inspect depends on s3fs which depends on [`aiobotocore>=2.5.4,<3.0.0`](https://github.com/fsspec/s3fs/blob/65f394575b9667f33b59473dc28a8f1cf6708745/requirements.txt#L1C1-L1C26). The [breaking changes in aiobotocore 3.0.0](https://github.com/aio-libs/aiobotocore/releases/tag/3.0.0) sound relatively tame to me, so I imagine this is not a painful upgrade, but tbh it's a dependency of a dependency of my dependency so I can't pretend I understand it very deeply.
