**Describe the bug**
It's not good practice to write to the source directory during build, yet drogon creates one file in the source directory during build.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Notice the absence of `lib/inc/drogon/version.h`
2. Build
3. Notice the presence of `lib/inc/drogon/version.h`

Optionally:
1. Make the source tree read-only
2. Build to an out-of-tree destination
3. See an error about being unable to create `version.h`

**Expected behavior**
Drogon should be buildable from a read-only source tree.
