libuuid conflicts with the macos provided version of uuid, see https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/pull/22306. So I suggest using the system version of uuid on mac like [here](https://github.com/cern-fts/davix/pull/27) or [here](https://github.com/malaterre/GDCM/blob/master/CMake/FindUUID.cmake)
