🐛 Config plugin installation problem

### Expected Behavior



Thanks for updating the library and integrating expo config plugin.



However, when I try using it on a new repo, it doesn't seem to build. Please let me know if there are missed steps.

1. `npx create-react-native-app --use-npm -t with-dev-client`

1. `cd my-project`

1. `npx expo install --npm react-native-ble-plx`

1. Edit app.json to add `react-native-ble-plx` in `expo.plugins`

1. `npx expo prebuild`
