### Describe

Since the SDL2 [installation changed](https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionX/commit/5234881e1ded9cf276382138034c9d2fe20b2087#diff-27533c6ad0fb0669917089af3ff44c92580859b44a2a7b347406081e14b4273bL40) the build process no longer finds the DLL file and so it's missing from the builds.

This is the affected code: https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionX/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt#L538

The file is no found in `/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/bin/SDL2.dll` / `/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/bin/SDL2.dll`

This affects both master and 1.5
