Hello,

`Version 3.3.2` requires `Node ">= 20"`.
For projects relying on semver ranges this will break their installation if they are on Node < 20 (ie: Node 16.x).

Error:
```
error dompurify@3.3.2: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ">=20". Got "16.15.0"
```

Can we please revert the breaking changes to maintain backwards compatibility in dompurify@3.x versions?
