Figure out what changed in recent versions of Mac / homebrew; where are the `clang-format` and `clang-tidy` binaries being installed? Works for some people, doesn't work for others. I don't have a recent Mac, so I'm probably going to rely on someone else to fix this.



Temporary workaround: figure out where `clang-tidy` and `clang-format` are, and add them to your PATH.
