I am trying to coordinate with [vcpkg](https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg/) to get ceres easily installed on Windows by simply doing `vcpkg install ceres`. The current state is SuiteSparse 4.5.5 compiles with the old ceres 1.12.0 release without a problem, but we need the up-to-date cmake commits. If I try to compile the head ceres with SuiteSparse 4.5.5, I get the below compilation error:

Could you let me know what version of SuiteSparse is expected to be compatible with the current ceres?
