Just use `msvc` to run example.

Fix it or mention it in the README at least...?

### What did you see instead?

`FORY_STRUCT` macro cannot be expend to correct code without `/Zc:preprocessor>` flag.

`FORY_STRUCT` macro requires `/Zc:preprocessor` flag to work correctly with MSVC on Windows. Is this a feature? If so, would it be better to mention it in the README?
