Currently, `MNN_DEPS` setted in https://github.com/alibaba/MNN/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt is not cached, which means it is not seeable for other project that introduce MNN via `add_subdirectory` or `FetchContent`, I am wondering is it possible to cache `MNN_DEPS` and `MNN_INCLUDES` via 
```cmake
set(MNN_DEPS ${MNN_DEPS} CACHE INTERNAL "MNN targets")
set(MNN_INCLUDES ${MNN_INCLUDES} CACHE INTERNAL "MNN include directories")
```
at, maybe before https://github.com/alibaba/MNN/blob/c0d15bf542fdd0830e706cc48fb3a838f1339053/CMakeLists.txt#L943 to make it also available for external projects?
