obs-studio does not load plugin after building from source

### Description

I downloaded and built the StreamFX plugin from source in the obs-studio/UI source.  When I compile I see it compile without issue.  In installs into /usr/plugins/StreamFX/bin/64bit/StreamFX.so . in my distro the .so files are normally installed into /usr/lib64/obs-plugins.  When I start obs it loads the other plugins but there is no log of StreamFX.  When I look at the interface there is no mention of StreamFX anywhere.
